I was satisfied with the services I received from my remodel project. I appreciate them managing expectations throughout the process. When we encountered obstacles, they were quick to help solve the problem.
I am very happy with the work that everyone at Murphy Bros has done. The new kitchen looks just as it did in my mind’s eye and has delightful functionality. The team was easy to work with and very professional. I will definitely call Murphy Bros if we ever decide to remodel other parts of our house.
I already gave out Scott's Information to friends and Family.
Good communication. Good workmanship.
What was most important to us is that we found a company that could help us with ideas, was upfront with cost, and delivered quality work. All of those categories were met with Murphy Bros. Our experience took much longer than it should have and became emotionally draining, but that would not deter me from recommending them to a friend.
I was very pleased with all the workmanship. It was excellent.
Business response:
Deb, we love it when our clients call out specific staff for their contribution to their successful remodel. Yours certainly qualifies as one of those "wow" projects! There are of course lots of folks behind the scene you aren't even aware of that also contributed to your project. That's all part of the value design/build brings to table.
Murphy Bros. Design | Build | Remodel provided outstanding quality and service!
Business response:
Thanks for letting us know how we did! You were a delightful couple to work with and we look forward to the next project (deck?).
We had a very positive experience completing our long over due kitchen project completed.
The work was done very well, but we had communication problems. It took a long time to get answers.
