Heather sold our house for us in the fall of 2019. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Her staging person, office manager (I think that was Robin's title), and photographer were fantastic! Heather was right there through every step of the process with GREAT advice when needed. When we met Heather, we indicated ours would most likely be a "long-term" relationship - meaning that we were just starting to think about moving but did not have any definite plans or time frame in mind. That didn't stop Heather from giving us her full attention and responding to our questions over a multi-year period. We thoroughly enjoyed our home selling experience with Heather. She had an extensive list of contractor contacts to help get repairs made before the listing went live. She even helped sell some of the furniture. She has a great attitude and she & her team are very responsive.

Heather Ferguson is excellent. She exhibits the upmost professionalism and care in all that she does. She not only cares for her clients but all involved in the process of buying and selling a home. She connects everyone from the buys, sellers, vendors, and support staff. I have purchased 2 homes with her and sold 1 home and she made the process seamless in both buying and selling.
