Heather is an absolute gem! Her market expertise and unprecedented ability to get her clients what they want were exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a realtor. Heather is very personable and has a million connections to help stage your house, touch up paint, and do small handy-work at great prices. As we found out, these are not easy connections to find! Highly recommend her to all looking to sell/buy. (We also found and bought a home through her) Her team of 3 was always available to show us a house on a moments notice, which is very important in this market.

Heather Ferguson helped us with the sale and purchase of our home of 13 years. It was a unique home, log cabin with acreage, which she and her team prepared so successfully (listing pictures, staging etc.) that our home sold within 24 hours of listing.
