I've bought and sold several homes throughout the years and, hands down, I can say that Heather is THE BEST real estate agent I've dealt with. She really goes to battle for you! She is knowledgeable and professional and responsive. My #1 pet peeve is UNRESPONSIVENESS; it really ticks me off when professionals don't respond to my texts, emails, phone calls. NOT Heather! During our initial meeting she walked through the property and outlined what was required to make the home presentable and fixes which could potentially cause issues during the sales process. Heather did a fantastic job selling our family home after our parents passed. It was a unique property without any comps like it in the area. She used her expertise and always had our best interests in mind. There were 5 of us siblings. She was wonderful the way handled us and everything she did with humor and grace. She was always available for questions. I would highly recommend her for a seller or a buyer.

Heather sold my deceased mother's house in Boise in July 2020. Her comparisons were better researched and suggested list price well above those of the two othe realtors I interviewed. She communicated skillfully with my four siblings and me during the process. She even helped us find a good home for my mother's grand piano. She went above and beyond anything we expected. The house was beautifully staged and expertly marketed. We were fortunate to have found her and, to a person, we would all call her again.
