Heather was amazing! She was very responsive ~~ always followed through on whatever she said she would do. She went out of her way to close the sale of my home for me. It sold the next day after it was listed at a price higher than I would have expected.

Heather did an excellent job with the entire process of selling my home. I had 6 acres with a manufactured home on it, which was not a permanent residence. She was right by side helping me to determine what was the best course of action. She went with me to both city and county meetings. We looked into selling the property as is, sub-dividing the property with 1 home on each parcel or selling the manufactured home and moving it off the property. Our home sold and closed in one month! Heather was great from start to finish. She had excellent ideas and helped with staging our home, provided accurate market value analysis, and thorough communication with, title and loan companies through closing.
