I am glad to give Heather Ferguson five stars to all the categories listed for a review. Heather was a great help getting our home ready to sell, using her list of professional contractors; she even went with us to help pick out colors to use for interior walls, carpet and tile. When the house was ready she used a professional photographer to use the photos for print and video advertising. Heather was instrumental in the quick sale of our home in Eagle (2 days), and the purchase of a lot and subsequent construction of a new home (also in Eagle). Heather is extremely knowledgeable, very flexible and responsive, and an absolute a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend her!

I highly recommend Heather. We have been through a few agents and she was by far the best. Her knowledge led us to our perfect home. We were very picky about details and her attention to those details was spot on. She was not pushy at all on any if the places she had shown us allowing us to make our own decision. The home that we bought she had found moments after it was listed telling us that she was always staying on top of searching for our perfect home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

Heather was amazing! She was very responsive ~~ always followed through on whatever she said she would do. She went out of her way to close the sale of my home for me. It sold the next day after it was listed at a price higher than I would have expected.
