Our home sold and closed in one month! Heather was great from start to finish. She had excellent ideas and helped with staging our home, provided accurate market value analysis, and thorough communication with, title and loan companies through closing. She is honest, enthusiastic, and fun to work with! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Heather was wonderful and I must brag about our experience. She was so knowledgeable and made the whole weekend we came to house hunt better than we could have ever expected. Heather was outstanding! She helped us by showing us how to unclutter the home and to best stage it for showing and for the photographs. She helped negotiate the sale for a price acceptable to us and after the sale found us a comparable rental for our short term use..
