If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, mountain mover of a realtor, Heather Ferguson is your lady. She is a one stop shop from start to finish. From the listing to the close, she is on top of every detail. As well as being extremely qualified, she is just a really pleasant and nice person to work with. If we ever needed to sell our home again we would be calling Heather.

I've bought and sold several homes throughout the years and, hands down, I can say that Heather is THE BEST real estate agent I've dealt with. She really goes to battle for you! She is knowledgeable and professional and responsive. My #1 pet peeve is UNRESPONSIVENESS; it really ticks me off when professionals don't respond to my texts, emails, phone calls. NOT Heather! During our initial meeting she walked through the property and outlined what was required to make the home presentable and fixes which could potentially cause issues during the sales process.
