Heather and her team did a fabulous job with the purchase of our new home in Eagle. Not only did she pick the best lot available, she worked closely with the builders agent to coordinate the minor changes allowed and put them into the contract. Because we were unavailable to do the walk through and for the final closing she arranged to have a person to do it for us and loop us in by video. I would highly recommend her team for any future buyers or sellers.

Heather made the purchase of our new house a breeze. We found Heather to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. She anticipated our questions and provided excellent advice. This is the third house in Eagle, ID, Heather has helped us to buy or sell. We are yet to be disappointed and would use her as our agent should we once again buy or sell real estate in the vicinity of Eagle.

Tyler was on top of it from the get go. He did a great job handling the purchase of my new Lennar Home. He followed up on the concerns I had from time to time in the building process and he actually found me the home! I love it. Highly recommend Tyler. He's great to work with.

Not too long ago, we had Heather Ferguson market a rental home for us in Meridian Idaho. She is very experienced, professional, organized, and results driven.
