2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The workmanship was good but if my insurance wasn’t paying for the job I’m not sure that I would choose to go this route again just because of How long it took to get the appointment. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service It took forever to get in and the appointment was pushed back twice from My original date in Novemberish. I can’t remember the exact date. Other than that the staff was very pleasant

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Due to the scratch that was not caught by Vogels and instead by myself I will have a tough time recommending the shop to a friend or family member. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Unfortunately, the front bumper was replaced and when they pulled it out of the garage to deliver to me there was a large scratch on the new bumper.
