I felt "jerked around" being told it would be 1 more week 3 times only to show up and be told it would be yet another week. Maybe don't ask people ubering and taking the bus for more than two months, "how are you getting around?" unless you are prepared to return their car or provide a solution. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality My car was left with 9 miles till it ran out of gas. I know full well I did not give them the vehicle like that. Car was dusty on the outside. Plastic panel that covers the port that checks the computer codes was sitting on the passenger seat. Staff was not well with communication unless I called. 3 Star : Customer Service

Chose Vogel's because the estimate was much lower than my chosen shop and insurance wouldn't cover the difference. Then Vogel upped the cost to what my shop originally estimated. In all, it took almost 5 months to complete the job. 4 Star : Customer Service
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The workmanship was good but if my insurance wasn’t paying for the job I’m not sure that I would choose to go this route again just because of How long it took to get the appointment. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service It took forever to get in and the appointment was pushed back twice from My original date in Novemberish.
