I felt "jerked around" being told it would be 1 more week 3 times only to show up and be told it would be yet another week. Maybe don't ask people ubering and taking the bus for more than two months, "how are you getting around?" unless you are prepared to return their car or provide a solution. Plastic panel that covers the port that checks the computer codes was sitting on the passenger seat. Staff was not well with communication unless I called. 3 Star : Customer Service

Chose Vogel's because the estimate was much lower than my chosen shop and insurance wouldn't cover the difference. Then Vogel upped the cost to what my shop originally estimated.
