They do quality work, are reliable, and backed by a reasonable warranty. You did fine but after checking others people prices, $400 - $500 is too expensive. I could have had my dishwasher put in for 200.00. Lesson learned. He stayed at my house 2 hours but had a call from the office every 10 minutes so that was not my fault.
