We had a new walk-in shower installed by another company but wasn’t receiving any hot water. I called the contractor back on several occasions to troubleshoot the problem and to no avail; they couldn’t find the problem. I previously had a plumber from another company to come out, and he couldn’t locate the problem. Being at wits end, I called T.O. Plumbing company and scheduled an appointment. Found the problem and corrected it on the spot. Im out of state and this is a rental property. I will always call them when needed. Pricing was very fair. Job well done!!!

Workers were prompt, courteous. And patient, even though pwc had sent misinformation as to the location of the sewer outlet. Work was completed efficiently.
