We had a new walk-in shower installed by another company but wasn’t receiving any hot water. I called the contractor back on several occasions to troubleshoot the problem and to no avail; they couldn’t find the problem. I previously had a plumber from another company to come out, and he couldn’t locate the problem. Being at wits end, I called T.O. Plumbing company and scheduled an appointment.
