I called this morning after 8:00am, in reference to my Hot water heater not working, I was only getting cold water, No hot water. I received an appointment this morning between 9:00 -9:30Am, the service person was there as promised, he solve the problem and repaired it in a very timely manner. He explained and showed proof of what was going on with the Hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and polite .
