It was a Saturday, Ron called me right back. I explained the problem and he even gave me some ideas to try to maybe save me a service call. Unfortunately, this did not work. I called him back and he sent someone out right away. Fixed the problem, thank you. The person they sent out was VERY nice and personable, no bum's rush and out the door. I would highly recommend this company, I will use in the future and tell friends and neighbors how great they were. Thank you Ron.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone – instead of charging me for a visit, he talked me through what might have been the problem; he gave me advice on how to fix it myself. How thoughtful. Ron was great - he set everything up. Tony showed up right on time. He installed new shower and sink faucets. He even cleaned the tiles behind the old fixtures before installing the new ones. They look and work great. I've already recommended them to someone I know that needs work done.
They did a great job. 1. They arrived at their scheduled time, most contractors arrive late. 2. The crew put down clothes to avoid tracking dirt and water through our house. 3. They quoted the best price. 4. They actually answer their phone calls.
On April 6, 2016 I contacted Ron Alexander at Shelby Mechanical through Home Advisor to have a faucet unit installed in my kitchen. I received a same day appointment as well as a same day installation. The installer, Dominic was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about our problem. In about an hours time he was done. Taylor was friendly, did great work, and was respectful of the house and made sure he covered his shoes and cleaned up after installing the sump pump. He answered all our questions before he left. Would definitely hire again!
The turnaround time was fantastic. Our water heater blew on Monday morning, the new one was installed Tuesday afternoon and at the exact time we had scheduled. Ron was awesome on the phone getting me exactly what we needed for my home, and the installers, Tony and Taylor were expedient, professional, and excellent to work with.
