Nick was very good at what he did and timely, very personable and informative. Job was not rushed and comments, suggestions and recommendations were on point. I have placed on my go to business for my plumbing needs as well as recommend to others.

they called within 5 minutes, the installer arrived within the hour to look and give me a price, he dissassembled the old one, it drained while he went for the new one and I was back in hot water with in 2 & 1/2 hours. Cleaned up, wore booties, friendly, polite
Plumber was very nice and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Didn't take very long to fix the problem. An hour late, and no one at Shelby picked up when I called. I would hire Shelby Mechanical again.
