They were easy to work with, and responded quickly to my request for a new water heater. The technician did not clean up some of the mess that was created from moving the old water heater out of the house, which would be my only complaint during the job.

John was personable and knowledgeable. He gave lessons in toilet operation and repair. He showed me were the hot water shut off was located. All in all a very fine job. P.s. impressed with quick response. From requisition to completion in 24hours.

Removed and replaced an old saddle valve to the refrigerator water supply line with a newer shutoff valve and a flexible steel line, so I could have my new refrigerator properly installed. Frustrated that I had to have this done and that the store didn't clue me in to this process beforehand, but SM came to the rescue, were prompt, pleasant to deal with, and got the job done.
John was kind and courteous and explained everything he was doing and I couldn't ask for better service.
