The guys that came out Dominic and Mark were very professional and did great work. They went above and beyond what was required when they worked on my humidifier damper. Both were very personable and professional. I'd recommend them and also Ron came out beforehand and reviewed what needed to be done and provided me with a quote. This is something that many plumbers don't want to do, and I appreciated them taking that effort!
Ron returned by call and came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. He arrived with his crew to make sure they understood what the job entailed. They did a great job and he called me afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied.
Had older home bath/shower plumbing replaced. Old plumbing very difficult to remove. Despite this and having to work overtime they stayed with original bid. Very professional and competitive.
First a little background. When our house was built in 2007 our contractor didn’t make sure the sewage line from our home lined up with the city sewage line. Our contractor told us the only way to resolve the error they made would be to install a sewage ejector pump. This accursed pump was connected to 3/4 of our home plumbing. So the pump failed. Ron from Shelby Mechanical SAVE me from (Literally) taking the plunge. I was unsuccessfully trying to push the water down a little hole that had arose to almost ankle level. My sump pump had stopped working and even tho he had an interview for an intern he still came and fixed the problem. In less hen a 1/2 hr the water was gone and I was drying out rows of shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Very responsive, respectable, knowledgeable and most importantly RESONABLE price wise. THANK YOU SO MUCH RON 😃
