Taylor was friendly, did great work, and was respectful of the house and made sure he covered his shoes and cleaned up after installing the sump pump. He answered all our questions before he left. Would definitely hire again!
The turnaround time was fantastic. Our water heater blew on Monday morning, the new one was installed Tuesday afternoon and at the exact time we had scheduled. Ron was awesome on the phone getting me exactly what we needed for my home, and the installers, Tony and Taylor were expedient, professional, and excellent to work with. I highly recommend Shelby Mechanical!

Ron and Tony were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong and what I needed and was prompt on the day and time he would be at my home. Very experienced and courteous. I need to look no further for plumbing repair companies. Fantastic job well done guys.
Having experience in plumbing which they did not know, I would have done the job myself, but had other projects in que for me. That's said, I know what it took, and the job was performed professionally, and cost effectively. I will use them again when needed.
