A true professional! Quickly answers and extremely helpful. She will guide you step by step with her expertise. Buying my first home was an amazing experience with Michele. I was expecting a slow and stressful process but it was actually very fun and quick. I learned so many things and she was there to help 27/7. Heather was amazing during the process of me buying my first home. She was responsive and really worked with me during the entire process. There was a few things that had come up during the inspection and she really went above and beyond to get them fixed so I could close. I'm happy to call her a neighbor in the community and look forward to the summers at the lake!!

Had a very good experience dealing with Michele Colyer, very knowledgeable of the properties that we had looked at, had plenty of questions that she was able to answer or she got right back to us with the answers. Michele was awesome in our whole experience from looking at homes to settlement. I never waited more than an hour for a response, a call back or an answer. This was not your normal home purchase. We moved from our home of 35 years in Collegeville, Pa. to Arrowhead Lakes. It was a bittersweet, emotional move and we realized our lifelong dream of moving to the Poconos. Michele made it an absolute pleasure. We will shortly be asking Michele to list and sell our house in Sun Valley.

Very knowledgeable of the area, guidance in selling our home and really went above board in marketing our home. We had also referred Jeff and Heather to friends who were interested in purchasing a home and were equally pleased.
