Business response:
The home was listed at $39,900 it was a bank owned home and was being sold "AS IS". We negotiated a price of $29,000. After an inspection was done the septic had a problem. Since the home is bank owned and being sold "AS IS" normally repairs are not done by the bank; but we went back to the bank and we were able to re-negotiation for moneys' towards the septic and the final price was $27,000.

Michele had poor communication while my property was listed. She would often go more than a month with no contact. When my contract ran out I didn’t even get a warning my property was just taken off the market.
She was really responsive and willing to help as a dual broker. As we worked together, statements we’re being made that contradicted the facts (seller disclosure) and it seemed as though statements were being said so the a deal would go through. One statement was made that services were performed annually, but disclosures indicated they were never done. Instead of hiring professionals to analyze a mold situation, a handyman was called to complete the task.
