Great presentation of our house, great tools to keep us informed of showings and results, and good advice start-to-finish. House was under contract in 18 days in the middle of a rough winter.

Business response:
The home was listed at $39,900 it was a bank owned home and was being sold "AS IS". We negotiated a price of $29,000. After an inspection was done the septic had a problem. Since the home is bank owned and being sold "AS IS" normally repairs are not done by the bank; but we went back to the bank and we were able to re-negotiation for moneys' towards the septic and the final price was $27,000.
Jeff and Heather worked with me and together we came up with intelligent Marketing strategies. We sold our Vacation home in less than 30 days with Multiple offers. This house had previously been for sale for Four years on and off the market.
Heather was amazing and Jeff was a plus! Heather was so efficient. Her response time to e-mail, text and phone was almost instantaneous.
