Heather was amazing and Jeff was a plus! Heather was so efficient. Her response time to e-mail, text and phone was almost instantaneous. Her follow through with the other realtor and people involved in the sale was much quicker than I could have hoped for. I made an offer at noon and before the end of the day, she had a response. Michele had poor communication while my property was listed. She would often go more than a month with no contact. When my contract ran out I didn’t even get a warning my property was just taken off the market.

She was really responsive and willing to help as a dual broker. As we worked together, statements we’re being made that contradicted the facts (seller disclosure) and it seemed as though statements were being said so the a deal would go through. One statement was made that services were performed annually, but disclosures indicated they were never done. Instead of hiring professionals to analyze a mold situation, a handyman was called to complete the task.

Our review in summary: Heather and Jeff Rickert present themselves as a team, but they do not work as one. We only met Jeff at the listing signing, probably because Jeff is a better salesmen and he knows that he is needed to secure a new listing. They are not good sellers’ agents - in our situation it was very clear that they worked solely on behalf of the buyer.
