Michele had poor communication while my property was listed. She would often go more than a month with no contact. When my contract ran out I didn’t even get a warning my property was just taken off the market.
She was really responsive and willing to help as a dual broker. As we worked together, statements we’re being made that contradicted the facts (seller disclosure) and it seemed as though statements were being said so the a deal would go through. One statement was made that services were performed annually, but disclosures indicated they were never done. Instead of hiring professionals to analyze a mold situation, a handyman was called to complete the task.
Our review in summary: Heather and Jeff Rickert present themselves as a team, but they do not work as one. We only met Jeff at the listing signing, probably because Jeff is a better salesmen and he knows that he is needed to secure a new listing. They are not good sellers’ agents - in our situation it was very clear that they worked solely on behalf of the buyer. My response per Zillow I’m only allowed 1000 char. Your story, my story & the right story…. Jeff & Heather do just about everything together so beginning inaccurate. We have NOT received below a 4 in 12 plus yrs. Please see the REST of our reviews on Zillow. This home needed a roof & a septic. I'm not clear on how a home that was not maintd. for yrs would be a listing agents fault. We brought the sellers two buyers. The 1st buyer terminated after the inspec.
