Heather and Jeff came to our home and they had done their homework. They presented comparable sales in our community, advertised our home using multiple outlets and not only had photos of the home online but had a 360-degree tour which was impressive. They priced it fairly and we had a buyer for our home in less than a week. I was also impressed with how many homes they've sold in our community. I dealt mainly with Heather and she made the process go smoothly. Definitely recommend.
Lorraine was an excellent representative. She genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect residence. Every meeting and correspondence Lorraine was positive and pleasant. She helped negotiate several things in our favor which was the best example of her putting her clients needs first.
