Brittany helped us find our first cottage on a whim. We reached out late on a Saturday night about properties we were interested in and had a response from Brittany the next morning. Brittany's expertise of the market is evident and she was flexible and went out of her way to ensure we had the answers to our questions. We got the cottage! We will continue to work with Brittany in the future for our Pocono Mountain real estate needs.
Brittany came out on Memorial Day to show us the house that we purchased. She was pleasant and helpful. Not pushy at all. Sweet, kind, a lady to be respected in her field. Love her!
Pat was extremely responsive, straight forward and guided us throughout the sale of our family home...She went over and beyond to keep us informed from start to finish.
Brittany was invaluable to my real estate search and purchase. She was also incredibly responsive and helpful. No matter when we reached out to her she responded promptly. It was a pleasure working with her.
Excellent responsive and works hard to find your home. Everything was very smooth and easy. Will use her anytime in Pocono’s market. Knows the area thoroughly
Lorraine dealt with each of the steps and the paperwork needed to bring the deal to closing. In spite of inclement weather, illness and difficult personalities, she persevered and brought the deal to closing. I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house or property.
Lorraine is simply the best! She knows the area like the back of her hand and is quick to respond to questions and requests for information. She is a great advocate, detail oriented, and always prepared. The day of our closing, Lorraine even graciously salted our icy driveway to make sure it was safe. Her years of experience are a huge asset; she doesn’t miss a thing! I would highly recommend Lorraine and would love to work with her again in the future.
Pat is a reliable real estate agent. She always got back to us in a timely manner and was very dedicated to us in our search. She also has a great personality and was very patient with my husband's many requests/questions.
Pat went above and beyond to help us find our home! She made the whole process go smooth and less stressful. She is a master at what she does and we are extremely happy on how she handled our home buying process. She was available anytime to show us homes and also responded quickly when we had any questions. She is a positive person and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Thank you Pat for helping us and making our children so happy! :)
