Pat is fantastic! She really helps you get the most out of your property, either selling or buying. She helped me sell my father's house. She gave us specific feedback on how to get the house sold, after not getting any bids for a few months. We did everything she recommended and the house sold in weeks! Also, she really knows the Pocono area very well as she is a resident!
