Lorraine dealt with each of the steps and the paperwork needed to bring the deal to closing. In spite of inclement weather, illness and difficult personalities, she persevered and brought the deal to closing. I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house or property.

She is a great advocate, detail oriented, and always prepared. The day of our closing, Lorraine even graciously salted our icy driveway to make sure it was safe. Pat is a reliable real estate agent. She always got back to us in a timely manner and was very dedicated to us in our search. She also has a great personality and was very patient with my husband's many requests/questions.

I am not one who strokes egos but in this case I will have to give credit where credit is due. I was looking at a property for a while and I was not in the position to purchase it.
