Patricia did an outstanding job in helping us to sell our lake front home. She walked us through every step of the way, was pleasant to work with, and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, helping to connect us with local licensed contractors so we could make small improvements, answered all our questions promptly, and helped us negotiate the best price.
