Pat was very knowledgeable about everything related to selling our home. She helped us along every step of the way. Extremely happy with everything.l she helped us with in selling our home and getting the best price for it.
We recently worked with Heather to by a lake cottage in the Arrowhead Lake community. Heather was formidable! She was very responsive, courteous, effective and professional. I would recommend Heather to anyone interested in buying a home in that area. The process was seamless, transparent and professionally handled. We had an amazing experience.
Lorraine helped us through each step due to our zero knowledge about buying or owning a home. She was very friendly and knew what we needed! She knew every local place to go to as well, helping us learn the area. Definitely recommend Lorraine!
Pat is fantastic! She really helps you get the most out of your property, either selling or buying. She helped me sell my father's house. She gave us specific feedback on how to get the house sold, after not getting any bids for a few months. We did everything she recommended and the house sold in weeks! Also, she really knows the Pocono area very well as she is a resident!
Lorraine is the best agent I have ever worked with. We worked together recently buying a vacation home in Lake Harmony. She is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. She is always trying to get the best deal for her clients. I look forward to working with her again.
Working with Pat was a great experience. She listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Her self confidence is one of the reasons I chose her to be our realtor. Her knowledge of the community and what the sale prices of homes in that market would be were very helpful. Pat took great photos of our house and it looked great both online and on flyers. It was obvious that pat cares about her clients and wants the best outcome for them.
I sold my home in 4 days with Patricia Quinn as my realtor. Pat was professional, ethical, attentive and available anytime I needed her throughout the process. She made the process very easy and guided me the entire way. I highly recommend using Patricia Quinn as your realtor.
Pat was wonderful! She found us our lake house on the lake! She didn't give up on us. We had specific items we were looking for and she found them for us in our price range! We would use her again!
Patricia is wonderful to work with. She understands the local real estate market. She always makes herself available and had great communication. Our family highly recommend her services, you will find yourself in good hands with an agent interested in your satisfaction not just a sale.
