Elizabeth James has raised the bar and set an incredible standard for other realtors to meet. She is authentic, patient, and not at all pushy, consistently going above and beyond in every conceivable way. Her enthusiasm and the joy she gets from helping people find their new homes is contagious from start to finish. I can't imagine having anyone else as my realtor - her service and knowledge are beyond compare.

We put our family home on the market and in doing so hired Jim Ard as our realtor. Jim is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable in his field. He is always where he says he will be when he says he will be there. He cares about what he does and wants to see you succeed in selling your home quickly. If we are ever asked for a recommendation for a realtor Jim will be the first out of our mouths. In our opinion, Jim Ard is the best in the field.
Elizabeth helped us buy a home sight unseen from another state. She was very helpful and did video walkthroughs and answered all our questions. I feel like she really went above and beyond to make our home buying experience a great one! Thanks so much!

Tiphanie was awesome! She was always at the home(s) we wanted to see and was always very informative about the house and what we were interested in. Her demeanor was very friendly, yet , also, very confident and knowledgeable.
