I was fortunate to have found Kristy when I was selling my home in Lawton from out of state. As my Realtor, she helped me get my house ready, coordinate repairs and get it sold. Did I mention this was in the middle of pandemic when everything was very limited. The best part about working with Kristy was that she was always available to take my calls, give me good advice, and quickly respond to interested buyers/ realtors to ultimately close the deal. I would recommend her to anyone.
We were out of the state when I met Tiphanie Murphy over the phone. At first when I spoke with her, we were more than six months out from moving to Oklahoma, but she always kept in touch. When Covid -19 interrupted our plans to visit the area before buying, she didn't give up and encouraged us not to give up either. Jim is AMAZING! He was incredibly knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions. He helped us sell our home during a pandemic and got still us a fair deal! He has such an amazing personality that I felt a little sad when we closed because we wouldn’t be working with him anymore. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
Jim was very good at explaining the sale process to us. He kept us advised as to the amount of people who were looking at the house. He also was good at helping us to negotiate with our Buyers. The closing on our house went quickly and smoothly.
