Jim was professional and quick on his response time. We did not end up buying a house but felt very comfortable that had we moved forward with an offer Jim was going to take care of us. He was low pressure and very helpful right from the beginning. If looking to buy in the future I would 100% go back to Jim.

Overall experience was good and simple. Jim was extremely helpful in buying my 1st house and would highly recommend him. He was quick and through when I had a question. He was able to set up an ample amount of houses to view.
Peggy Foster was my agent. She was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and she was completely on top of the process and procedure. All and all, this was a surprisingly easy experience despite it being the first house I've ever bought. I wish I could have paid a little less in closing costs, but it is what it is.
