I had such a wonderful experience working with my realtor, John Naberhaus of Parks Jones Realty, during the sale of my home. John made the entire process quick, streamlined, and remarkably stress-free. From the moment of listing the home through closing, he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept things moving forward. His clear communication, attention to detail, and steady guidance gave me confidence that my home was in good hands every step of the way. Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but John ma... read more

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor\! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always took the time to answer every question we had\. He worked hard to make sure we got the best possible price for our home and truly fought for us every step of the way\. He especially went above and beyond when it came to our TRR requests, fighting to make sure the items we wanted addressed were completed before closing\. Just closed on selling the first house I bought when Michael was just a baby and that my Aunt and cousins lived in the past few years. It was…not an easy process. At almost every turn if it could have gone two ways it always went the most difficult way. The only reason we got this done was the skill and perseverance of everyone involved. Chris Gunnels from Parks Jones Realty was patient, competent, and went above and beyond at every turn. Multiple times I would have panicked had it not been for him, the folks at Title & Clos... read more
