My girfriend who struggles with two children was treated mercillessly by this realtor. They charge a $75 fee for grass cutting fees. When we moved her out, we spent a lot of money and several weeks cleaning this house; cleaning it by hand, professional cleaners, repairwork you name it, we did it. 3 months after we move out, we are billed a $280+ fee for cleaning, a 5 day charge to turn on the utilities again when we don't even live there, and a mowing and pick-up-debris fee, when we already took care of all that beforehand. ... read more
