I highly recommend Jim Ard to anyone in the real estate market. He led us through the whole process of selling our home from the first day of taking the pictures and posting them online to the last day of closing meetings. He answered every question we had promptly and accurately. He calmed us down when we were nervous and made the connections we needed with all of the necessary agencies involved in the selling process.
Debra is the BEST realtor hands down. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She made selling our house such a breeze. She made sure we understood the process every step of the way. I highly recommend her.
She was super helpful, always available for questions even late at night, she showed us many houses, and helped us understand the home buying process better. We will be asking her to help us sell our previous home in the next year!
Kristy was flexible with her schedule to accommodate me, would always provide research on each home we viewed, and was an excellent resource. She made my first home purchase low-stress and as efficient as possible.
Met Tiphanie at an open house. I told her what I was looking for in a house and she showed me a few and also showed me the houses I saw on Zillow. She made my house buying experience very comfortable and she put my mind at ease with any questions that I had.
Business response:
Thank you so much Doris! You were a pleasure to work with!
As first time home buyers, Peggy helped us with all of our questions and through the whole process of search for and buying our new home! We had other realtors in our search in the last couple of years, but Peggy was the best in everything! I would recommend to anyone looking for a home.
Very friendly and stays on top of the sale. Anytime I needed anything or had questions he always got back with me in a timely manner. He was even understanding about my crazy work schedule.
If you need a patient realtor that is willing to work with you while trying to decide what it is that you want exactly, Kristy is the realtor for you. She showed me several houses several times until we made up our mind. She worked Like a pro with a pretty difficult seller And it out-of-state lender to make sure we got the best price we could. Thank you so much for making my home ownership dream come true.
Business response:
Thank you so much! It was truly a pleasure working with you!
When I first hired Peggy as a Realtor, she was up front and honest. Did not pull any punches. I had 2 houses in one of the hardest areas of Lawton, OK to sell in. Not only did she get me almost full listing price for both, but took care of any problems that occurred during the time it was being sold. The last house was Burglarized the weekend prior to closing. Monday by 2pm she called me to let me know. In the conversation she also informed me that she had already got estimates to fix what was stolen, but also renegotiated w... read more
