If you are considering a Realtor and you come across Matt Ridgeway, run as fast as you can! While he was at our house listing, he kept answering his phone, and when we tried to get a hold of him it was impossible! we never saw him again, he would not return our phone calls when we had questions, and when our contract ended, 2 weeks later we called his office multiple times to please come and get their sign and lock box, he didn't even have the common courtesy to do that! the next realtor we listed with took his lock box off,... read more
It was a horrible experience working with Matt Ridgeway. It is almost impossible to reach him and when you do he makes an excuse to call you back and never does. He tells people what they want to hear even if it isn't the truth. Do your self a favor and find a different real estate agent.
