I would recommend Matt Ridgeway. I am an 85 year old woman that needed to find a home close to my family. I make very little income and am on a fixed budget. Matt showed me numerous homes and spent time to understand what I was looking for. He took the time over a number of days and fit me into his busy schedule. He found me a place close to my grandchildren that fits within my budget.
Wow, finally an agent that goes above and beyond! He is extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions, and made time for me on short notice even though he had several other appointments that day. Can’t get over his knowledge of real estate. Appreciate all of the questions he asked that I wouldn’t have considered. He was extremely accommodating considering the short notice. You would be crazy not to use him!
