Matt presented the property in a fair and balanced manner. He was open and easy to talk with and work with. Mat was knowledgable of the Sara and the value of othe comparable homes in the area. Matt provided enough information to make a decision on the propert we were shown.
Matt was awesome with helping us purchase our home here in ranson wv! We thought we needed/wanted a fixer upper, but Matt showed us that we could afford a gorgeous townhouse with tons of space that was move-in ready. I have a 19 month old son, and am so glad we followed his practical suggestion. I totally underestimated how hard moving with a toddler would be, and am so happy that we have chosen this house for our out of state move.
Loved working with Matt, the guy did not try to push us to buy any of his listings. Spent a LOT showing many lots until we found the perfect one. He also helped us find a house to rent while we spend the next year building our dream house. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy.

Matt did a tremendous job working with my family to purchase our new home. He has the experience, expertise, and the drive to do what it takes to provide you with the information needed to help a buyer make good decisions. He was responsive even on short notice to meet our needs. For example, I emailed him after 8 on Friday night to request a showing of an occupied house and he had the appointment set up for Saturday morning bright and early. If you want quick action, Matt is the right realtor for you.
Matt Ridgeway is what I call A Super realtor. He was able to find everything I wanted in a home and in the perfect location. His knowledge of the panhandle area is vast. He is highly professional and proficient in his work. I would highly recommend him.
