Matt did a tremendous job working with my family to purchase our new home. He has the experience, expertise, and the drive to do what it takes to provide you with the information needed to help a buyer make good decisions. He was responsive even on short notice to meet our needs. For example, I emailed him after 8 on Friday night to request a showing of an occupied house and he had the appointment set up for Saturday morning bright and early. If you want quick action, Matt is the right realtor for you.
Matt Ridgeway is what I call A Super realtor. He was able to find everything I wanted in a home and in the perfect location. His knowledge of the panhandle area is vast. He is highly professional and proficient in his work. I would highly recommend him.

Matt has done more in the short time that he has been looking for homes for us then any realtor has by a long shot. He is very knowledgeable of the areas that we have been looking at and has been very easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a home in the West Virginia area.
Matt Ridgeway is very knowledgable for the area and will provide a number of listings that will meet any potential buyers needs and wants. I asked to see a house and wasn't really on the market per say but Matt was happy to show the house anyways. He didn't have any information on the house or property upon arrival but tried his best to point out what he saw.
