They cancel my discount after they told me that discount is active I don’t need to do anything raising my auto insurance up by 50-$60 the customer service I talk to today laughing about it acting like it’s a funny joke how would she feel if her insurance went up $50-$60 for no reason making starting over from scratch on that discount program they can apply that full discount if they wanted to and get my bills back to where it was but they trying to scam for for eXtra $$ that type of behavior is telling your customer to chang... read more

Statefarm is worst insurance company in nation ...I wouldn't recommend them for bicycle coverage ....we lost everything in house fire ..sept of 2022 ...they treating us like we are criminals ....shame on you statefarm ....no communication or compassionate at ....just a number ..all most month haven't got first dime of loss of use pay ....they don't care ....when they say we are investigating your claim .....that means they looking for ways not to pay you ......********!

Sept 1 2021 we had a tornado/hurricane rip through our property. Destroying our roof, ceiling, and basement flooded etc. We hired a public adjuster to deal with our case. And state farm was extremely incompetent. We waiting nearly a year to get a new SF adjuster to come out and look at our roof and when he arrived he didn’t even bring a ladder.So needless to say the roof didn’t get looked at. I have been with State Farm for about 5 years and never had an issue (because I never had a problem.) I filed an auto claim September 2nd 2022. Dropped my car of at the auto repair shop on September 7th, they prepared the estimate and submitted it to me and SF for review the next day September 8th. I set up my account for digital payments so the payment would be instant and not have to wait 7-10 business days for a check. I verified all of this online. Horrible to be a victim of their insurable. They have no accountability for damages to your car repairs if their insured motorists damage your property! Horrible to work with!

I filed a claim in January of 2022 from a hail storm in December 2021. State Farm issued me a check for the damages instead of sending it to my Mortgage company 1st to sign off on it.(this was the process). I deposited the check without knowing the mortgage company had not signed off on it. Now here it is 8 months later and I still don't have the money to repair the damages. Horrible customer service. No communication. I had to call customer service multiple times. In July, I was rear ended by someone who has State Farm Auto insurance. The damage was extensive and I’m still waiting to have my car repaired (It’s October). Many things were left off of the estimate - like the exhaust. State Farm simply does not care. Thankfully, I have a different insurance company.
