Worst customer service ever! Got in a small bumper bump with no damage to my car and of course the car I bumped claims injury and traumatized mentally every time they get in a car and of course send lawsuit papers to SF which SF showed me in email on 6/22. I tried emailing them and calling them with no response. Now it’s 8/13/22 and I get served personally lawsuit papers because SF isn’t doing anything but ignoring me and claimant. This is what to expect so I would highly recommend another company.

This is the worst company ever. My car got hit by a state farm insurance holder in Feb 2022, my claims are still open and unpaid today. I called several times and the representatives give me different answers every time. The team is unprofessional and unhelpful. Please stay away from this horrible company....

I would give them zero stars if I could. My very first claim after laying this company every month on time for almost 2 years had been a complete nightmare! It took 3 months just to get an estimate on my damages and all of the damages caused by my accident were not even included in the estimate. They failed to have my vehicle thoroughly inspected and claimed most of the damage found by their dealership of choice was all preexisting. STATE FARM MADE A JUGDE MONT CALL, THAT HAS COST US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS JUST BECAUSE WE USED OUR INSURANCE TO FIX OUR HOUSE, AND SOLD IT. BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BUY NEW, THEY DUG DEEP AND GOT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES TO MAKE ARE LIFE ****, WE BORROW THEY HAVE MADE A $600. LEAN EVERY MONTH TO BUY AUTO INSURANCE $300. We are 70 years old and we have been with State Farm almost 30 years. This loyalty translates into discounts. Addtional discounts for bundling and few to no claims. However, we learned that our years of loyalty do not count when you move to a new state. State Farm places you on a 3 year probationary period and treats you like a new customer without explaining that to you. State Farm or most insurance companies are scams that defraud people of monthly payments or even cause collisions to attain business profits. Overall, they are rather a law firm who are worst than BLM protests and destroy and cause accidents that they later claim they are not responsible for but clearly is the one that usually brakes causing 3 or people accidents in moving traffic on freeways.

Was in a car accident not caused by me. Was told to use my own insurance because the insurer did not have enough to cover me. I went to my insurance which is State Farm on April 29, 2022 and. submitted a claim which was accepted. They then set me up with a rental for 3 weeks and proceeded to loos my car for 2 months. Could not get an agent on the phone. Could not get anyone to tell me what was happening! Finally found the car to only have it totaled 3 months later. Aug 3rd!!
