State Farm is a horrible insurance company and a fraud . They get your money , but when you have a claim , they refuse to pay . DO NOT USE THEM !

State farm is not about customers satisfaction, they **** as a company, and all of their agents ****, we've been going back and forth for 6 months to do a claim on our house and its Still not done! DO NOT USE STATE FARM!

After my car was totaled, I was waiting to get my check from my car. They sent me some paperwork to fill out, to release my car and get my money back after they take the car. I filled out everything that was sent to me. After a few weeks where my money never came I reached out to them and they informed me that they forgot to send me a "power of attorney" for me to fill out. State Farm is a joke when it come to Home Owners Insurance claims. IF you want to be assured your policy will pay for water pipes or any home damage from water damage then STATE FARM IS NOT FOR YOU. After 20 years of paying for their home owners policy ( 20k invested) they denied my home owners claim for a slow leak and ANY home damage to walls, etc. 15K for plumbing repairs and another 15K for flooring and walls from a "slow leak" was not in their interest to insure. I had have State Farm for over 20 years, home and auto, never late with payments, on May 20 2022. After a big storm my master bedroom ceiling collapsed and I'm still waiting for them to approved the repairs. I can even stay in my house, Worst insurance company because of their business practices. they do anything in their power so they don't need to pay, they lie,deny, stall they even invent some kind of articles in your policy and do anything and everything to deny your claim, State Farm will do whatever they possibly can t... read more

Same everyone below. Long time State Farm customer but as soon as you have a claim they deny the claim. We had hail damage. Every neighbor in our neighborhood, who didn't have State Farm, had roof replaced. Adjustor came out and look at our roof, we marked off the damage and took pictures with him. Claims agent called back and stated no damage on the roof. This appears to be the case with every State Farm customer in our area who has any damage. Disappointing. My advice would be to change before you need them!

Had a policy with them for 5 years. I had two claims last year. One where I was deemed not at fault and one where I was. They decided not to renew my car insurance. I would understand if they raised my rates, but to not renew is a different story. Up until those 2 incidents I have not had any claims made. I use their drive safe app and have always gotten a good score. I also am always on time with my payments. Do not recommend getting insurance with them.

State Farm is not a good neighbor!!. I was displaced from my condo and now State Farm is no longer paying for my temporary lodging. I have no control over the renovations and supply chain issues but that didn't matter. Hello, we are in a pandemic!! I am currently looking for another insurance company. DO NOT USE State Farm!!!!

State Farm failed me. I had a payed for 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer I had it modded . Custom rims(we paid over 1900), 300 dollar radio installed (price of radio and installation) I went to ********** ******* about 8 months prior to said wreck. I had a freak accident happen I come home to ******* *******. I go and pay ***** auto and body 4000 dollars to fix my windshield, left fender and replace my hood .
