RecommendedI've used Horse and Chaise Rentals for the past 6 years and could not have been happier with their services. The tenants they found were wonderful, treating the house as if it was their own. Also, whenever a problem arose, the management team was great, getting things resolved as soon as possible (thank you Heather). And being an older home, their were some issues. I am no longer with Horse and Chaise because I am finally moving into my home, but if I ever decide to rent it out again, I will certainly use Horse and Chaise.

We have had consistent rentals and when we need special work done to our condo the contractors they recommend are also professional and well qualified. We don’t live in the area so it’s great having our condo in their capable hands. They keep us advised by email of anything we need to take care of and are flexible scheduling cleaning, etc. The staff is excellent and professional.
