I've used Horse and Chaise Rentals for the past 6 years and could not have been happier with their services. The tenants they found were wonderful, treating the house as if it was their own. Also, whenever a problem arose, the management team was great, getting things resolved as soon as possible (thank you Heather). And being an older home, their were some issues. I am no longer with Horse and Chaise because I am finally moving into my home, but if I ever decide to rent it out again, I will certainly use Horse and Chaise.
We’ve been using Horse and Chaise to rent our beach condo in Venice and have been very happy with them. They are responsive to repair calls and always answer questions when I ask them. I would recommend this agency for either side of the rental.
