I would warn people who rent from them to be very aware of their move out policies. After you give notice, you have to allow the place to be shown on only their schedule. Mon-FRi 9am-4pm. They require you pay for a professional cleaner, exterminator and floor cleaner. No exceptions. Had to contact contact multiple times to have my security deposit returned to me. They did not follow the timing policy for the refund to be returned.

In the lease agreement that you signed, as is with every lease agreement we execute for long term rentals, the tenant is responsible for professionally cleaning the property upon vacating. It was also in the Pet Addendum that the property is treated for fleas and ticks. These items were completed prior to your move-in and expected when you vacate. Unfortunately, Horse and Chaise Property Management Company never responded back when I asked them for help finding a place. We recently relocated from Oregon to Venice Florida. Luckily for me, I didn't solely ask for their help alone. Where they fell short (extremely short) Compass was quick to respond!
