We have used Horse & Chaise for our Florida rental for the past five years. Each time we have had an issue or a problem with our condo, Horse & Chaise has been there with prompt personal service. We couldn’t ask more out of a real estate agent.
I worked with them for 3 years. Totally hassle free. They handled everything and being 1,000 miles away that was very important. I would definitely work with them again.

I just got to my house in nikomas rented by horse and chaise, upon coming I found a combination lock on my closet and after calling 4 times still don't have a code to unlock. I hav even cleaning since this morning and called and emailed my agent and still no response. Cigarette burns in my couch, found 4 joints as cleaning the piles of dog hair from every room, my dishwasher is broken and the garage smells, I understand people don't all live the same but l left this company in charge of my home, and they were paid well. This company lies and steals services! My company did a cleaning job for them and they’re refusing to pay! Not very professional! They must be hard up for money since they can’t satisfy a $200 bill. I’d be weary of business dealings..

I was hoping to look and rent a home that they have listed and when they txt me all they said was that they show houses M-F 9-4. This must not be a reliable company since they will not work with you to schedule a later time. Not everyone has those kind of work hours. Some people have to work for a living. So if you plan to rent from this company please think twice cause if they do that now what will they be capable to do in the future while your renting from them.
