We have been using Horse and Chaise for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend them as a management company. They are efficient at informing me when repairs are needed and helpful in providing responsible vendors to remediate problems. They do a good job as a communication liaison with tenants. So far we are very happy, we signed in November and they booked it immediately. They have been in close contact with us, which is very nice. Hoping for good feelings once our renters check out.
