Niklas was extremely helpful in every aspect of our recent home purchase in Florida. We first looked at the house at a Sunday afternoon open house that was hosted by Niklas and three weeks later we closed on the purchase. It was a hectic three weeks, but Niklas helped keep everything on track with his frequent phone calls and electronic communication. He knew the area well and was able to answer our questions and help alleviate our concerns about our purchase and upcoming move.

I can't say enough good things about Nik! He took our transaction from start to finish and handled everything in a professional, timely and honest way.
