Ryan and his team were great, from beginning to end. We had an out of state transaction and relied on Ryan to handle the logistics of the transaction, to include recommendations needed for home inspection, insurance, etc. We have no doubt that we will contact Ryan for our next purchase.

There is obviously a reason that Ryan has been in business for 12 years. He is one of the best Real Estate Professional's I have ever worked with!! When we would tell him what we wanted our offer to be he submitted it no matter whether he thought too low or too high. After our deal was structured Ryan was so on it. He negotiated with the sellers to fix all of the problems on the inspection and PERSONALLY went out to inspect the repairs after the inspector had been out to inspect the repairs. Nik is a fantastic real estate agent. You would be hard pressed to find anyone who will work harder for you while making sure he understands your needs.
