Did an excellent job on negotiating a good price for us. Ms. Forrest, his assistant, helped us navigate all the details involved with the transaction.
Mr. Ahola gave us the support we needed to be able to purchase a home while being out of state. The technology he uses to provide needed information is first class. With his expertise we were able to do research on line and when we did our home purchasing trip we were able to visit properties that met our specific needs. With his professional help and guidance we found just what we were looking for on our first buying trip. Service prior to and after buying our home was also exceptional.
Nik is THE best! He is knowledgeable and professional. Before meeting him, we were overwhelmed with possibilities and ideas. Nik is a fantastic real estate agent. We listed our condo in Naples Heritage with him and it only took a few weeks to be sold. I have been a working professional for 3 and 1/2 decades. I have dealt extensively with many categories of professionals. I've never encountered a more professional -- and congenial -- person than Ryan. on a 1 to 10 scale he's about a 17. enjoyable to deal with. pragmatic, responsive, truly cares about getting your job done right. they simply don't come any better whether you're buying, selling, renting. and I've done al of those with Ryan.
