Nik is a fantastic real estate agent. We listed our condo in Naples Heritage with him and it only took a few weeks to be sold. Nik kept us in the loop the entire time and had answers for all of our questions. I would recommend using him for any sale or purchase in Southwest Florida. He knows the area well, having lived there for almost 10 years. Lastly, he works for a great company who has a very large presence in Florida real estate market.

Niklas assisted us in the sale of our home. We utilized him for the purchase of a home and were impressed with his responsiveness and caring attitude, so we utilized him again as the listing agent for our home. House was sold quickly as he said it would. Made himself available for open houses at our request and marketed the house well. My wife and I have known Ryan since 2007.Ryan came highly recommended then and he is still the best realtor in Southwest Florida. I called Ryan to sell my home in september 2015 and he quickly found a buyer before the home was even listed.He quickly negotiated an agreed to price and the contract was signed within days. I have been a working professional for 3 and 1/2 decades. I have dealt extensively with many categories of professionals. I've never encountered a more professional -- and congenial -- person than Ryan. on a 1 to 10 scale he's about a 17. enjoyable to deal with. pragmatic, responsive, truly cares about getting your job done right. they simply don't come any better whether you're buying, selling, renting. and I've done al of those with Ryan. I would not call anyone else anywhere in FL

looking for retirement condo . nik found exactly what I wanted and he went in and looked at it . sent videos and I bought it without seeing it personally. he got me inspectors and cleaning people and when we finally went to see it , it was even better than we anticpated thanks niklas
