I have been a working professional for 3 and 1/2 decades. I have dealt extensively with many categories of professionals. I've never encountered a more professional -- and congenial -- person than Ryan. on a 1 to 10 scale he's about a 17. enjoyable to deal with. pragmatic, responsive, truly cares about getting your job done right. they simply don't come any better whether you're buying, selling, renting. and I've done al of those with Ryan. I would not call anyone else anywhere in FL
