I was very impressed with Ryan's expertise during this purchase. His knowledge of the complex and surrounding area was a big help as we are new to Florida. He helped us negotiate the best price and is follow up was great. His staff and helpers were also good during the purchase process.

Sharyl is awesome. She made my first solo real estate purchase much less stressful. I was living in NH so for me communication was key. Sharyl was great at getting back to me. Even after the sale I would often call with questions which she was happy to answer...... very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
