Ryan is a fantastic real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and makes good things happen quickly. He was able to maximize the selling price on my house, and keep the days on market to a minimum. We set the listing price at what we considered a fair value plus added more on top to stretch the asking price to the limit. Ryan was able to sell the house within 10 days, and delivered full listing price.
Ryan helped me for several years with the rental of the property through the recent sale. Ryan and his team helped with all the prep work, buyer requested repairs and any other miscellaneous tasks. Ryan was able to suggest excellent changes to the property to list it and our turn around was less than 2 weeks from listing to having a signed contract.
