Ryan is the most experienced Realtor in Southwest Florida. You should at least speak with him before you make a real-estate decision. I made the mistake of listing my house with another agent & not initially listing my home with Ryan. I made a fatal mistake not taking his advice from the get-go. Ryan provides you with the ultimate sales experience with his knowledge of the marketplace.
I had two properties listed simultaneously. One with an agent in New York and one with Ryan Chiodo in Naples. The level of service from Ryan and his staff was far superior. The professional photos and virtual tour was really amazing. They did a wonderful job presenting my property online. Ryan is a fantastic real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and makes good things happen quickly. He was able to maximize the selling price on my house, and keep the days on market to a minimum. We set the listing price at what we considered a fair value plus added more on top to stretch the asking price to the limit. Ryan was able to sell the house within 10 days, and delivered full listing price.
