Niklas was extremely helpful in every aspect of our recent home purchase in Florida. We first looked at the house at a Sunday afternoon open house that was hosted by Niklas and three weeks later we closed on the purchase. It was a hectic three weeks, but Niklas helped keep everything on track with his frequent phone calls and electronic communication.
