We were referred to Ryan from a mutual friend. He spent over 6 months emailing us properties while we lived in Michigan. Ryan always returned every phone call and email almost immediately. We finally came down and bought a home and were able to negotiate a great deal. I would recommend Ryan to anyone that wants to work with an expert. He knows the area better than anyone.
Ryan did a truly amazing job while helping us find a home in Naples. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the Southwest Florida real estate market better than anybody we have worked with. Ryan has excellent negotiation skills and was able to work out a price that strongly benefited us. He also showed that he cared about us and our best interest. I will refer Ryan to anyone that is even considering buying or selling in Southwest Florida.

We are from Michigan and wanted to buy, but had no knowledge of the area. Ryan has an outstanding knowledge of the real estate in the area and was very helpful in sorting through all the options and possibilities. When interviewing Ryan he gave us the impression of a confident "go-getter" and always available, as he says he lives and breathes the business and has no children. We hired Ryan to sell our home.
