Tricia was extremely patient with us while we searched for our perfect home and was there to answer every question we had. Tricia was able to help us see our house almost as soon as it hit the market and put an offer on it within hours. We had an accepted offer that night. Tricia was the second realtor that I worked with to sell my house. I would recommend her over anyone else. Her pictures really captured the full potential of the House I was selling. With my first agent it sat on the market for months. Tricia had a reasonable offer to me in about a week!
